Animal Cruelty in the Name of Art...AGAIN!

Last year it was brought to attention that an "artist" in Europe drowned a kitten and video taped it in the name of art. He also won the competition he entered with that video. Now an artist in South America has starved a dog to death in the name of art. He gets a starving and sick dog off the street and ties it up in a corner of a room with no food or water and leaves it there as an exhibit until it dies. Even worse, he is being asked to another gallery for Nov. 2008 to repeat this. Here is what he has done and a link to the petition to try to stop him from repeating his act of cruelty for the sake of "art".

On another note: does anyone know why my journal is cutting stuff off at the very end? Is it the CSS I'm using? And does anyone know how to make it stop hiding and cutting off the stuff at the bottom. It shows everything when I'm creating the journal or editing it but then it looks like stuff is cut off when it's actually on my profile page. Is anyone else seeing it with info cut off near the bottom of the page??
